A bucket-type seat stroller (we love our Joolz Day 2) - something more lightweight and compact

07 Jul 2020

Hello, Eli,

We have tried many strollers already, but my daughter loves to be in a 'bucket' (ergonomic) type of a seat the most. We had the Joolz Day 2 and a Bugaboo Fox as well - and the Joolz Day2 was actually ideal and super comfy.

My question is - id there something more lightweight, comact enough for the car, than these (bulky) combination strollers? A bucket-type seat unit is a requirement.

Thank you ❤️

Hey there!

The Baby Jogger City Premier would be my first choice here. It's an ergonomically shaped seat, but to add to it, it's so much more spacious than others; plus it folds into itself to make this full-size stroller folded compactly (compared to what it is and what it can do). Of course, it won't be the smallest folded stroller in the world, but it's very compact for the type, and much more compact than the models you mentioned.

The Baby Jogger City Select Lux is also similar in the way it folds, and also, there's the possibility to have two seat units attached (making the seat smaller, if your child happened to be on the smaller side...) - well, that's just to have more options to choose from 😉

I will also mention the beautiful Quinny Zapp Flex Plus - this bucket seat also folds very compactly, and it's a stylish choice to make as well.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
