'this' is not visible here on Strollerbase Q&A. You probably mean some particular stroller model, bud anyway, even if I don't know which, there is probably not a harness belt set available just so. I will suggest a universally fitting one to replace it with. You can find some on Amazon ( eBay ( or aliexpress ( Also, a lot of children's and stroller shops offer those, so maybe just make a trip to any nearby store of that kind.
