All-terrain stroller with good suspension - my 4-month-old is too young for the large BOB Revolution Pro seat. Any reversible options?

31 Aug 2020

Hi,

I live in the country in a very hilly area, and I go for many walks in the forest / hikes and on different terrain.

This is my second child and I have a BOB Revolution Pro from before, and I used it a lot for running. I still love it but my baby is very long and already outgrown the carrycot at 4 months. He is too young to go into the sports seat, and I would like a stroller where he can face me.

What suggestions do you have?

Many thanks

Hello,

There are not many very all-terrain models available that would also offer a reversible seat. Surely look up a Emmaljunga NXT90 F with the Outdoor set of wheels, even if a pre-loved one (mainly of you'd prefer a four-wheeler, and that is to say, there are not many reversible three-wheelers on the market). From the reversible three-wheel models, look at the Jané Trider or the Bugaboo Runner (this is what I would be considering in this case).

Also, think about the option of a Mountain Buggy Terrain V3 + the multifunctional bassinet, or a TFK Joggster 2 + Multi X bassinet - in the carrycot mode, you can transform it into a reversible seat to use with those smaller babies.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
