Hello there!
Although the Kinderkraft Prime is lighter and more high to suit your height as well, it is also a simpler, more 'cheaply made' stroller. However, that shouldn't be an issue if you're not planning to push it overloaded stroller through a demanding terrain regularly. It is a good option for less demanding parents on a budget. Get a better car seat, though; I must advise - brands such as Maxi-Cosi/Cybex/Joie are not too expensive. I don’t recommend the cheaper, Polish car seats - the safety of your child is at stake since they don't go over the extended testing such as ADAC (just the basic one that is absolutely necessary).
Despite the robustness, I would rank the Bebetto Luca as a stroller system with lower-positioned click-on parts. Therefore, I won’t recommend it to you as you're a tall mom. As far as I noticed, this is often the reason why tall parents soon swap the Luca for something else. There are other, more suitable Bebetto strollers available. The Luca being a lower-positioned model, you should rather check those with a higher chassis - such as the Tito, the Bresso or the Murano. Each of them is a good enough stroller for its type, and they should fit your size better.
I will also mention the ABC Design Salsa 4, which I find more practical, compact, and lightweight stroller system, especially suitable for tall parents. The lower weight and a soft suspension is an essential benefit, at least for me. In a long-term run, the bulkiness and heaviness is something you want to avoid while choosing a travel system to last.
