Opinion/review of the Nuna Demi Grow. Is it suitable for a winter baby+snow as well as paved roads?

04 Dec 2019

Good afternoon.

I am interested in the Nuna Demi Grow stroller review/I mean, your opinion.

We went to check it out - and we were actually quite intrigued. Until then, we have never heard about this stroller before, and I have to say, there aren't that many families that have the Demi Grow anywhere around us. Therefore, it is challenging to get objective reviews.

Our baby is due in winter. There are mostly paved and well-treated pathways here where we live, but ofc I expect to be snow here as well during the winter.

Thank you.

Hello!

Mostly in the west (the USA), the Nuna Demi Grow is one of the most popular single-to-double strollers, i.e., usable in a single mode and double-tandem mode. An advantage of the Demi Grow is that it's easily maneuverable. Its materials, design, and overall look are very good, and the stroller/travel system itself is beautiful, predominantly urban.

A disadvantage of the Demi Grow would be that the lower seat unit in the tandem configuration is positioned very close to the ground, which makes it almost hidden away. The stroller is also quite heavy and less compact, so you will need some car boot space to accommodate it while taking it with you if you use a car. The seat units are certainly not the biggest, but not the smallest, either. Overall, however, if the boot of your car is big enough, and you are planning to have your second baby quite soon after the first, it is certainly one of the better choices, sporting a fresh design and easy maneuverability (which, in my opinion, is quite important. So yes, if I should state my opinion.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
