Hello!
For mom reviews of the 2in1/3in1 system ABC Design Salsa 4 check our Strollerbase section for this model regularly - moms are adding some all the time. This exact model you'll find here:
For me personally - and I went to try it myself - the carrycot is ultra-spacious and with a supersized canopy as well. The seat unit part also offers quite a lot of space, although it is more simple - kinda straightforward, but not in a bad way. The seat also comes with a superb, massive hood. Talking about terrain abilities, the foam wheels are large enough, and the stroller is equipped with a soft suspension system, so I would say you'll be able to handle some all-terrain with your Salsa 4. For regular walks through the forest and other demanding surfaces, I would suggest the heavier version with air-filled wheels, the Salsa 4 Air, though.
A disadvantage of the fold is that you can initiate the process only once the seat unit has been removed. But that's not a terrible issue – it's actually fairly common for such a stroller system, and, on the other hand, it is balanced out by the advantage of the low-ish weight of less than 12 kg (compared to other stroller systems with such a nice suspension). Overall, I think that this stroller is not cumbersome. Quite often, with a seat unit being stacked in the car boot separately, it works as a benefit for such models - you can stack the individual components better, saving-space-wise - I mean as you need.
In general, the Salsa 4 is not too expensive. Therefore, if you are not going to have unrealistically high expectations, you will surely be satisfied. You will get a useful, practical, reliable stroller with an amazing suspension compared to other strollers in the same category. And with an incredible shopping basket!
