Hello!
It's actually quite funny, as you have suggested two quite different models - design-, price-, and function-wise. It all depends on how you are planning to use the stroller. Talking about occasional rides, car rides, and sporadic use, I tend to find the Bugaboo Bee5 too expensive (unnecessarily so for the use you are describing). Thanks to the reversible seat, the Bee5 offers quite a large fold (compared to modern ultra-compact strollers that are nowadays so popular, and quite overcame the Bee anyways). Since your child can walk already, I can’t really advocate for a reversible seat that is adding to the weight and bulkiness of the stroller 😉
On the other side, the Cybex Eezy S+ is much smaller, agile and compact (offering quite a quick fold, to add to it), and therefore, excellent for occasional use, shopping or car rides (or to keep in the car, where it won't take almost any space). And because you won’t use this stroller too much, you will appreciate all the money you saved as well.
