BabyActive Elipso
The BabyActive Elipso is an affordable stroller featuring a lightweight chassis in the form of two ellipses that cross in the back. The wheels with tire profile and suspension can handle even demanding terrain. The carrycot, the seat unit, and the car seat can be attached to the chassis in any direction. It is possible to incline the mattress of the spacious carrycot, e.g., for an older baby. The seat unit is on the smaller side, space-wise, but it features a uniquely shaped - square hood with a distinctive sun visor and side viewing windows. You can recline the seat fully. An optional car seat is available to complement the 2in1 system, creating a travel system.
The Elipso was released in many colorways such as the distinctive Elipso Fresh, Elipso Fresh Jeans Collection, the Elipso Jeans Gold edition combining denim with golden reflections, and the Elipso White featuring mainly white, but with contrasting colorful details. Based on the year of release and collection, the Elipso carrycot may feature a distinctive attachment on the top of the carrycot OR an attachment covered in upholstery.

Hello Ilaria! Here on Strollerbase, we don't sell strollers nor any spare parts. I will try my best to give you advice on how I would try to solve a problem like yours. Firstly, I would contact any distributor/seller of this brand in your country - best would be if you contacted the one you bought your pram from (if you bought it in Italy). They should either repair it if there's a warranty on your pram still going on - but they can also repair or order spare parts for a fee if the warranty is non-applicable. If you got your stroller system elsewhere or didn't find any seller of the BabyActive brand around, you can always try to write to the manufacturer directly and ask for help there.
