Completely satisfied

5

I was completely satisfied. The cot was great, we used it until 8 months. The seat part is great, up to full lying down. Great storage space under the stroller.

A stroller for the undemanding mom

3
  • super large bassinet / pram
  • large basket
  • easy one-handed steering
  • the apron on the bassinet could be higher, it blows the baby inside, it is too cut out
  • the bumper bar on the pushhair version is low, near the feet
  • when the child is sitting, the canopy on the stroller doesn't sit above the head, it only shades the child when the child is lying down
  • I often get the front wheels stuck into each other when putting the little one to sleep on the spot

A stroller for the undemanding mom.

  • Spacious
  • Easy to handle
  • Variable
  • Weight

Very roomy - for big babies or for winter. It met expectations, the only small minus was the weight... but I didn't drag it anywhere by myself, so satisfaction. ;-)

I wouldn't get this one again

1
  • Price
  • I had problems with the stroller from the beginning:
  • The bearings in the wheels fell apart
  • Handle broke down
  • The canopy on the bassinet broke
  • The brake stopped working after about 14 days of use

I wouldn't get this one again.

Easy to operate, lightweight, quiet

4
  • lightweight
  • very easy to use, even folding is easy (we also had a heavy Mima and a 3-wheeled, hard to handle Quinny and the Camarelo certainly leads the way)
  • cheap
  • timeless design
  • already carries a 3rd child
  • after a while, some of the studs had to be repaired, e.g. on the canopies, in the bottom part that holds the storage basket, etc.
  • a bit unfashionable appearance (matter of opinion)

Easy to operate, lightweight, quiet. It has been through three children and still works. Price is reasonable. After a while, we had to replace several studs that held e.g. the lower "luggage" compartment, or those that opened/closed frequently, e.g. on the car seat canopy. Design is so simple - plain, but timeless.

Completely happy with it

We had the Camarelo Q12 and we were completely happy with it.

Perfect for winter

4

Perfect for winter. Survived snow, dug roads (sewerage), uneven surface around the house construction... The bassinet is big, the basket, too. I was very satisfied.

  • Suspension wheels
  • Large carry cot
  • Large storage basket

The carry cot is super spacious. I recommend it for summer children, who can fit in winter without problems even with a footmuff. Inflatable wheels and cushioning have passed even difficult terrain.

I liked the seat unit less - the children always slid down in it and sat in a strange position. It's big and spacious and I've carried 2 kids in it at once 😉

  • easy handling
  • suspension
  • appearance
  • none

Excellent stroller... With the second child, I regretted selling it.

I would never buy one again

2
  • Spacious bassinet
  • Mosquito net, rain cover, stroller bag included
  • Large basket
  • Bulky
  • Heavy
  • Clumsy
  • Illogical folding
  • Unstable despite size and weight
  • Disproportionately expensive for the quality of workmanship
  • Studs were ripping out

As a first-time parent, I had no demands on the stroller. But this was heavy, poorly sewn, clumsy, the seat part totally badly made. I would never buy one again. The bassinet lasted about 3 months.

Your questions about the Camarelo Q12

1)

Hello! Can I buy the seat unit separately, without the stroller frame?

(This is an English translation from: Zdravstvuite! Otdelno proguločnij blok možno kupitj bez rami?)

Hello, there,

Unfortunately, no. You can always try to contact the manufacturer or the seller (where you bought it) if it's possible to get the seat only - as a spare part, but the chance is quite slim (mainly with these super cheap prams), so don't expect much. But to try can be worth it.

I would maybe try to go over classified ads and find out if somewhere somebody sells this exact same model for parts - or as a whole, older, for a little sum of money. That way you can use what you need and everything else keep for repairs - or get rid of it.
