With the adapters, yes, all Cybex (and also Maxi-Cosi, Joie, Kiddy and more car seat brands with the same attachment system) will fit on the Kody Lux frame.

No, these covers were not designed to be removed and washed in the washing machine. It might actually damage them or make them fade, not even talking about the difficulty to put them back on. It should be hand-wash only.

Is Kody more like the Cybex Balios S or the Cybex Eezy Twist 2 Plus? Difficult to find out its size on these photos.

This is certainly more of a mid-size stroller, so size-wise, it's kind of like the Cybex Balios S. The [[cybex-eezy-s-twist2|Cybex Eezy S+2 is a smaller pushchair.
Also, you would do well to compare their unfolded and folded dimensions, they are always in the Specification part under the stroller, just click on "The Basics" part.
