Spacious, gorgeous, comfortable stroller for baby. Big carrycot and the positioning is great, wonderful relief from the outside. I missed only a little more ventilation on the carrycot.
We also used the seat part. It is spacious, good positioning. Practical, perfect suspension, gel wheels are great.

I loved the look, but it looks less expensive when you look closer. The carrycot is very spacious and lasts a long time, but the seat unit is much weaker and with a short hood. We changed the pram from something less heavy after about a year.

We're using it for a week now. The whole travel system is beautiful, with an easy-to-manipulate chassis. Easy to fold, and with carrycot, it feels lightweight (great driveability). The backrest can be inclined in the carrycot - the highest position being an almost sitting one, which will be perfect for a bigger, curious baby. I really like the changing bag, mosquito net, cup holder, safety harness (there's even one for the carrycot) - all included... I don't see any negatives for now :-)

Is the Cybex Cloud Z isize car seat compatible with the Diamond S line pram? I have the car seat adaptors but they don’t click and attach when you slide them on. It looks as if the adaptors are too short.

If the adapters you have don't click the car seat on, they are either wrong, for another kind of brand/car seat, or the stroller simply was not made for that car seat. Are the adaptors the Maxi-Cosi-Cybex style? In any case, the Cloud line of car seats itself SHOULD fit Maxi-Cosi style adapter though if it doesn't, it should definitely not be used on the frame.
Is the Junama base compatible with a Cybex Cloud Z i-size?

There is no Junama base, the base is only car seat-related. Each car seat is compatible and attachable to its own dedicated base (some car seat lines have multiple models from the same brand compatible with one Isofix base), but there is no universal base. Thus, for the Cybex Cloud Z to be attachable to an Isofix bae for the car, you need to get the dedicated Cybex Cloud Z base called Base Z.
Can you buy replacement wheels?

Normally, just so in online stores and so on, no, unfortunately, no spare wheels widely available. What can be done, however, are these few options. You can either contact any seller of this model or the Junama brand around you and ask them politely whether they could order you spare wheels for a fee. Any distributor should be able to do so right from the manufacturer.
Next, you can also write or call Junama yourself, here are the contacts they suggest on their website:

And, lastly, you can try and go over classifieds to find somebody selling the same or construction-similar model to buy it cheaply for parts (or perhaps the person would sell it for parts if, e.g., damaged...).

This is a difficult situation to solve just so. You, personally, won't be able to fix it just so. But you can at least try to clean and lubricate it - perhaps the wheels and joints will work well, but I, of course, cannot guarantee that... In any case, to clean and maintain your stroller properly, read our stroller cleaning and maintenance guide HERE. It might help at least a little.
Next, if that doesn't help or doesn't helo enough, try to contact the seller you bought it online at. To make a video and upload it on youtube, for example, would be a great addition to show him what is wrong, perhaps he will either advise you what the best next steps are, or which part could be problematic. If it's a particular thing, he should be able to sell you the spare part you need, but I am afraid this won't be about just one part.
Lastly, you could look up a stroller repair service around you, or google any larger baby shop - for a fee, they should have their own serviceman and could be willing to look at your pram, if the repair is not an overly difficult thing.
These are all of your options. If nothing helps, I am afraid the stroller is simply faulty. These cheaper Polish stroller systems sometimes are like that, and the manufacturers aren't always willing to do much about it. But I wish you good luck and hope that some of these steps will work out for you! Stay safe!
