Your questions about the Milkbe Lullaby

Hi,

I purchased my Milkbe while bk in a high-end store in London. I've gone from using carry cot to seat base as my daughter is older now I hadn’t used for a couple of months and now the self stopping brakes are not working and I'm not sure why it appears to be charging ok, though.

Hi, Lisa,

This is, even though presented as a premium model, not a premium (more of a budget) model, I am sorry to say - it was more marketing than a true high-end brand. I do believe they even discontinued it a while back, even though there was no official announcement (their website seems to be down, too).

The thing you can do is simply to call/write to the shop you bought it at and ask for help, they should be able to help either as a part of your warranty or for a fee. I cannot help you with either a malfunctioning system or a bad battery, this is up to the seller or the manufacturer (or an official service) - you need to have the problem diagnosed and repaired by someone with access to spare parts.
