The Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan is the first Mountain Buggy stroller with a reversible seat. The 2in1 bucket seat can be transformed into the carrycot by simply releasing of the straps (and vice versa). Compared to the strollers in the same category, the Cosmopolitan features the easily adjustable, stay-open style safety belts with a buckle that cannot be opened by a child.
The chassis is rather wide. The Cosmopolitan is predominantly an urban stroller with a well-balanced center of gravity that makes popping up curbs a breeze. Thanks to the combination of the good suspension and wheels equipped with the Aerotech technology, the Cosmopolitan can even handle a mild terrain without worrying about stones and gravel stuck into the tire.
The Cosmopolitan is available only in denim design varying only with the colorful fabric on the inside. A full-featured carrycot is also available to purchase separately; the hood for the carrycot will be shared with the seat unit. By adding an optional car seat, you can create a 3in1 stroller system. You can also choose from a wide range of accessories available including a Freerider stroller board for an older sibling. The Freerider is not just an ordinary sibling board as it can be transformed into a kid’s scooter.
