Seed Pli
The Seed Pli is a state-of-the-art, minimalistic stroller featuring a 2-in-1 bucket-type seat unit that can be transformed into a spacious carrycot. The seat configuration can be forward- or rear-facing, and you can adjust its position by tilting it as a whole. The leg rest is fixed, but it is possible to tilt out the additional fabric layer creating a footrest for tired little legs. The seat fabric is available in various colors, so you can change it when needed.
The wheels can fold underneath the stroller, creating a very flat and super-compact package, which will fit into the boot of any, even a small car. Thanks to its shape, the chassis offers a natural, shock-absorbing suspension even over uneven terrain. The wheels are wider, the rear ones following the track of the front wheels - which is a guarantee of perfect stability and simple, one-handed maneuverability of the stroller even in a fully loaded condition. With the high weight capacity in the seat, the Pli can hold up to 23 kg overall. The Pli was also released in a limited version created in a designer collaboration with the iconic Fiat 500, which, in addition to the new color schemes with exclusive details, also features wheels imitating this familiar car design.

Hi,
My friend has one of Seed Pli strollers. When she traveled abroad it got broken in the hands of the airline she was travelling with. Is there a repair service to asked if it is possible to fix it?

Official repair service of Seed strollers, I never heard of. Any stroller repair service – that exists, but needs some googling, however, there are fewer and fewer of those. You'd do better of with someone who's working with metal if something broke on the frame (if it was plastics, that is pretty much non-repairable).
The Seed brand was bought by Britax so you could also write to Britax customer service, they might help you out or point you in the right direction.
Overall, though, a broken frame means exchanging the frame 99.9% of the time, and since this model is not really sold anymore, I would try to search in classifieds for someone selling theirs cheaply and used the frame as a spare part.
