Very uncomfortable to use

  • Needs two people to fold and unfold
  • Bulky and heavy
  • No customer service or replacement parts

The design is really bad. Very uncomfortable to use. It is impossible for only one person to fold it. They don’t have any customer service at all.

Quality is bad. Really bad

  • It is a little less expensive than other alternatives.
  • Quality is bad. Really bad.
  • Fabrics are not washing machine safe.
  • It is extremely difficult to fold and unfold.
  • There is no customer support. I tried to get a part replacement. I called for a month. Nobody calls back. I sent emails, and they didn’t answer.
  • Strollair is a family-owned company, which is great, but the stroller is a key part of taking care of a baby. If I could go back, I’d choose a well-stablished company with proper support and proper safety reviews.

Don’t buy. Choose and stablished company.
