Your questions about the Venicci Insevio
I have this, it's a great pram, but not long after started to get a rattling noise from the wheel, could this be a simple fix? I can't find Insevio wheels on the Venicci site.

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do there, probably only change the wheels. Their spare/replacement parts are not totally easy to get, so you will do best to contact the customer service directly. And about the wheels, it is just a cheap connecting system with a lot of plastic that, after getting loose, is not really repairable - the best you can do is to put a rubber band in the joint where the wheel and the frame connect, but it might not help enough.
Where can I buy an Insevio stroller frame?

Unfortunately, just the chassis, probably nowhere, at least just so. The only way to get your hands on a frame only is usually to contact either a direct distributor or seller of the Insevio stroller brand around you, and ask for the frame only as a spare part... or to contact Insecio directly (info@insevio.com) and ask for the availability of a frame.
Watch out as it can be impossible, or difficult, or quite costly, taking the part & shipping cost into account. Some mums get their parts, even a frame, by buying the whole, used stroller second-hand and use it for parts they need, just to save money... So that could also work for you.

If you don't find what you're looking for, you need to contact the seller/retailer of the Venicci brand, or the manufacturer himself at customerservice@venicci.co.uk. If they can't help you, I would only suggest browsing classifieds to find someone selling their Insevio pram used or for parts.

Firstly, check if the nappy bag was in the listing. If it was, and you didn't get it with the pram, I'd write to the seller and ask if there wasn't a mistake.
Even if it wasn't listed in the offer you bought it through, I would still contact the same retailer or online seller if they can order/sell it to you as a normal accessory (they might be able to order it even if it's not listed as a separate article. Even the Venicci can be contacted for this accessory. Or check the official distributors to know who to write to.
Lastly, I'd like to say that the stroller system sets with accessories usually tend to have not-that-good changing bags, really (experience taught me...). So I will also suggest simply thinking about a better, quality brand. From Skip Hop, Yummy Mommy, Babymoov, and other accessories brands, there are better bags for mommy, just saying...
