A 3in1 stroller system for an active first-time mum within 1500, with a safe car seat. July baby.

Hello.

I need advice on our first pram/system. When it comes to stroller systems, it is an entirely new world for me – I don't know what would be appropriate. There are so many strollers currently on the market, which makes it hard to decide which one would suit us.

We are an active couple - I suppose that the stroller will be used a lot. We live in the city. We do, occasionally, visit mountains, or go for a stroll in the park. The only thing I am sure about is that I want a 3in1 stroller system with a safe car seat, all within the 1200-1500 budget. The baby is due at the beginning of July.

Thank you for your advice and recommendation.

Hello!

With such a healthy budget 😉, I would go for a high-quality stroller that can handle all kinds of terrain and can be used for a second child too.
Something like the Emmaljunga NXT60 or the Bugaboo Fox. These strollers are not only beautiful and practical, but you will make good use out of them, and later, you should be able to sell them for a reasonable price as well.

You will need to get adapters to attach the car seat. Both models are compatible with Maxi-Cosi types of adapters that can accommodate car seat brands such as Cybex, Joie, Recaro, or Kiddy. All of them are safe, high-quality car seats with excellent test results. Personally, I would probably choose the Maxi-Cosi car seat because of the nice incline angle that my sons loved the most (we tried more and different brand car seats, but I Maxi-Cosi did the trick for us the best). Besides, with Maxi-Cosi, you can buy an Isofix base also compatible with Group 0 as well as the following Group 1 car seat holding up to 18 kg. Alternatively, the reclining Kiddy car seat could be the right choice if you are planning to travel frequently. The Kiddy is also the only car seat that you can recline during your car journey.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
