Usable for newborns - until they need the seat unit. The seat did not suit us, after a few uses the stroller was squeaky. I'd say they could hear us three streets away when we walked from the apartment :-D
Inflatable wheels were ok. The changing bag for the stroller didn't have a shoulder strap to carry it outside the stroller. What impressed me about the pram was the color. And the fact that the seat can face either way. The larger basket for shopping. I would recommend it for undemanding moms who only need this stroller until they need the seat part.
