The plastic on the wheel of the three year old's stroller broke. After repeatedly contacting the dealer, they can't get hold of the wheel. When I was interested in a whole new set of wheels, there was no reply. I do not recommend buying from this brand, as the service is nonexistent and communication is at a standstill.
