Mamas&Papas Luna
The Mamas&Papas Luna is an ultra-lightweight stroller with a very compact fold. The Luna was designed by the daughter of the Mamas&Papas founders with a vision to introduce an innovative stroller that can also fit into her Mini Cooper. The small wheels with individual suspension are suitable for everyday city walks. The non-reversible seat is quite deep. The child is strapped in the seat with the Freedom to Explore harness in the form reminiscent of suspenders. You can recline the seat fully, making it suitable right from birth. Instead of a carrycot, there is an optional soft carrycot insert attached to the seat. You can also attach a car seat to the chassis using integrated straps. You can identify the older models by the classic pedal brake that is released by lifting, the newer ones have a shoe-friendly one-step rocker version.

Normally, you can attach a car seat OVER the seat, so it might look a bit funky, but that is what it is. You, however, need adaptors to do that, and since the stroller is discontinued, you'd need to browse eBay and classifieds to find someone selling those, otherwise you won't be able to attach a car seat to the Luna. Try searching for 'Mamas&Papas Luna car seat adapters', 'Mamas&Papas Luna car seat adaptors', 'Mamas&Papas Luna Maxi-Cosi adapters' - and the particular car seat brand will depend on the adapters (for Maxi-Cosi adapters, you can attach a Cybex, Maxi-Cosi, Joie, Recaro, Kiddy car seat; for Britax car seat adaptor, only Britax car seats will fit). This buggy is an older type, and there were Maxi-Cosi/Cybex/Joie/Nuna car seat available as well as Britax Romer ones. However, they are not really sold anymore, as the model is discontinued, so the only way to get a car seat on is to browse classifieds to find adaptors for this particular model. Other than that, there's not much to say really - it is a normal light-ish pushchair with a lie-flat ok for newborns even, but ideally with a cocoon/soft cot insert, as a carrycot for this model doesn't exist... and a rather simple, urban model at that, so not really for harder terrain.
