- It is a little less expensive than other alternatives.
- Quality is bad. Really bad.
- Fabrics are not washing machine safe.
- It is extremely difficult to fold and unfold.
- There is no customer support. I tried to get a part replacement. I called for a month. Nobody calls back. I sent emails, and they didn’t answer.
- Strollair is a family-owned company, which is great, but the stroller is a key part of taking care of a baby. If I could go back, I’d choose a well-stablished company with proper support and proper safety reviews.
Don’t buy. Choose and stablished company.
